NEW CLIENTS: Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to complete your client consent forms
LATE ARRIVALS: Clients will be considered late after 15 minutes. In order to remain on-time for our next client, you may be asked to alter your desired service, shorten your appointment time, or be rescheduled.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS: When you schedule your appointment in our online scheduling system, you will have to option to receive appointment reminders by phone, email, or both. This allows time for you to confirm your appointment. Reschedules and Cancellations must be made within 24 hours or a 50% service charge will be applied. No-shows will be billed for full service, or your voucher will be redeemed.
